rectangular apartment space, partitioning it into four zones.

" The partitioning volume sits on a cork floor and is "set free" from the apartment ceilings by lowered soffits

and mirrored reveals.

" Public and private, parents and children areas are located in particular zones, linked by a central cork corridor

that contains the Master Bedroom.
